Job Description
ORGANIZATIONAL PLACEMENT
The Field Service Engineer reports to the Service Manager and is in charge of installation service and repair of the machineries. He/She is also responsible for our customers operating training.
ACTIVITIES
Provide mechanical installation repair and maintenance service on our machineries to our customers sites
Responsible for maintenance & operating training to customer representatives
Ensure trouble shooting analyze and diagnose for all machineries malfunctioning cases whether mechanical electronic/electrical and pneumatic
Service intervention directly to customer sites in order to make all necessary arrangements to ensure the efficient and successful problem resolution
Service Reporting
Establish a good working relationship with customers on all sites ans ensure their satisfaction at all times
Ensure the Company polices and guidelines are adhered to at all times
Ensure all company equipment is kept secure at all times
REQUIREMENTS
Experience in technical service interventions mainly on industry machineries
Technical Diploma or Equivalent
Troubleshooting
Mechanical electronic/electrical and pneumatic principles knowledge
Expertise in the use of mechanical and electrical measuring instruments
Able to programme in Siemens Fanuk Omron Heidenhain languages
Availale and able to travel at worldwide level (an average of 200 business trips per year)
Problem solving attitude
High level of English (knowledge of a second language)
