Job Summary: | The Department of Medical Education in the College of Medicine at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University is seeking an hourly/per diem Testing Proctor / Instructional Support Assistant. The successful candidate will: - Support the administration of medical education exams in a secure and standardized testing environment.
- Administer and supervise in-person exams.
- Prepare testing spaces and ensure compliance with exam rules.
- Maintain test security and confidentiality.
- Engage with test-takers in a professional manner to ensure a positive testing environment.
- Liaise with medical education staff and faculty leadership as necessary.

Required Qualifications: | - Bachelors Degree in Business Management Public Administration or related field.
- 5 years of hands-on experience working in a medical school other health-related schools in post-graduate medical training or similar environments.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and platforms.
- Ability to follow strict protocols and with with diverse populations.
