In this role you will be reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage and directly overseeing 25 Front of House Food & Beverage team members.
The ideal candidate will bring at least 2 years of restaurant leadership experience a background in luxury or Forbes-rated hotel environments and a strong foundation in wine and spirits knowledge. This role requires someone who can inspire and lead a team while consistently delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced high-touch setting.

As a Senior Food & Beverage Manager you will support the Director of Food & Beverage in the organization and management of all Food & Beverage Departments to maintain high standards of food and beverage quality service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure an outstanding customer experience.
