Systems Engineer to provide Maintenance Support (Preventive and Corrective) of Integrated Security Systems at customer site.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for corrective/preventive of Integrated Security Systems
- Maintain CCTV PA Intercom Door Access Perimeter Surveillance Back-end Servers
- On-site servicing coordination and supervision works
- Fault recovery following service level agreement
- Prepare Incident Report UAT and documents
- Conduct research on his own proactively and provide technical solutions/improvements
- Lead additional adhoc tasks assigned by manager
The ideal profile should have
- Require min Degree in Electronic Engineering or IT
- Must be able to security cleared CAT 2AGood working attitude and proactive
Team player able to communicate with peer & Project Manager. - Willingness to learn & take on new role & responsibility assigned.
- Handle customer and work under pressure
- Manage vendors to achieve the task without supervisionAble to troubleshoot and resolve fault independently
- Selected candidate is expected to work on Saturdays at least once a month and perform on-call standby duty
