Description of the Position: (Purpose of the Position):
Kitchen workers job of the Lions Pause is to make a variety of foods ranging from pizza to milkshakes maintain a clean kitchen and welcoming environment handle and exchange money from customers and/or deliver food to students in residential halls on campus.
Transferable Skills:
- Ability to function well in an atmosphere that promotes teamwork as well as initiative and independence
- Ability to function in high stress environments
- Organizational and communication skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Clean shake and ice cream machines and ovens
- Handle cash registers
- Open and close the kitchen when needed
- Do and sign off on shift responsibilities
- Make a variety of foods for customers
- Maintain a clean kitchen
Qualifications: (Education/Experience/Skills)
Interest in working in the Pause kitchen as part of a large team to provide food service to the campus.
Wage Range: $11.75-12.75
