About the Role

Our client a well-established Corporate Services Provider (CSP) in Malta is seeking to appoint an experienced Accounts Manager to join their growing team. This is an exclusive opportunity managed solely by R77 Elite Talent.

The Accounts Manager will play a key role in overseeing client portfolios managing a team of accountants and ensuring the delivery of accurate financial reporting and compliance. This position offers an excellent platform for professional growth within a reputable and client-focused organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of corporate clients ensuring timely delivery of accounting and financial reporting services.
Oversee preparation and review of management accounts financial statements and tax/VAT submissions.
Supervise and mentor junior team members providing guidance and performance feedback.
Ensure compliance with IFRS GAPSME and relevant regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with auditors tax advisors and other external stakeholders.
Assist with business planning budgeting and financial analysis for client companies.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships acting as a trusted point of contact.
Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.

Requirements

Fully qualified accountant (ACCA CPA or equivalent).
Minimum of 46 years experience in accounting ideally within a CSP corporate services or audit environment.
Strong knowledge of Maltese tax and VAT legislation.
Previous experience managing and mentoring a team.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong interpersonal skills and client-service orientation.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
