Compensation: Base Salary of $110000 - 120000/year with OTE at $160000 - 170000/year
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing and Sales Director to lead our commercial strategy and execution. This individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth market penetration and brand positioning in a competitive IT landscape. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry knowledge leadership capability and a strong track record of delivering results through innovative marketing and high-performance sales strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a scalable sales strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Lead and manage the sales team to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities key markets and potential clients.
- Oversee key account management and strategic partnerships.
- Monitor KPIs and sales metrics providing regular reports to executive leadership.
- Own and evolve the companys brand messaging and market positioning.
- Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and increase brand awareness.
- Manage digital marketing initiatives including SEO SEM content marketing email campaigns and social media.
- Oversee product marketing including go-to-market strategies launch plans and competitive analysis.
- Lead mentor and develop a high-performing marketing and sales team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Operations and Finance teams to align business goals.
- Represent the company at industry events conferences and client meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the IT or technology sector.
- Proven experience with B2B IT products/services preferably in SaaS cloud managed services or enterprise software.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
