Job Summary
Lead for smooth production and dispatch to achieve the production targets as per given time frame and desired quality.
Having experience managing all workshops like (Fabrication Press shop Welding & Grinding Bending Punching).
Lead Manpower proper deployment as per the work requirement & empower/motivate them through training for productivity & efficiency improvement.
Collaborate with design maintenance purchase and quality departments for smooth coordination.
Responsible for smooth operation of machines through timely maintenance and implementing preventive maintenance schedule ensuring the smooth running and safe working.
Responsible for implementation of applicable standards and group guidelines like QMS EMS and guidelines.
Analyze production data and generate reports for management review (OEE downtime scrap rate etc.).
Take appropriate safety measures to ensure zero-man hours lost due to accidents.
Support with ME for installation of new machinery if any
