Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of engineers and cybersecurity professionals focused on product security for cardiac medical devices.

Define and execute a comprehensive product security strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory needs.

Collaborate with global cross-functional teams (R&D QA Regulatory) to integrate security across the product lifecycle.

Oversee vulnerability management incident response and risk-based assessments.
-
Establish and maintain security standards frameworks and best practices for product development and deployment.
-
Drive secure design and architecture for new and released products (embedded mobile cloud web).
-
Stay ahead of industry trends to inform futuristic security strategies.

Communicate complex security concepts to executive leadership customers and regulators.
Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors in Engineering/Computer Science (Masters preferred).
-
15 years experience in engineering or cybersecurity with expertise in product security in regulated industries.
-
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles risk management and regulatory compliance (FDA GDPR MDR etc.).
-
Proven leadership in building and managing high-performing teams.
-
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable:

Certifications: CISSP OSCP or equivalent.
-
Experience with IoT embedded devices mobile and cloud security architectures.
-
Familiarity with SOC practices incident management and international security regulations.
-
Prior experience in healthcare or other highly regulated industries.
