Job Summary
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Specialist to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in supporting our organizations human resources functions. This is an exceptional opportunity for an HR professional who wants to make a real impact in a dynamic organization.
Key Responsibilities::
Implement employment policies and integrate global IDIADA HR procedures.
Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing screening interviewing and selection for various roles across the organization
Leading the payroll process and employees benefits programs ensuring accuracy compliance and timely delivery.
Implement Talent Development campaigns and training programs to support employee growth and career advancement.
Support line management and provide HR guidance .
Act as first point of contact to operational management on all aspects of Employee Relations including discipline grievance absence equality maternity and paternity.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Labour Relations Psychology or related field
Minimum 2-3 years HR generalist experience.
Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance
Knowledge of employee data integrity & records maintenance in supporting the companys annual HR processes such as performance reviews promotions and salary review.
Ability to handle employee relations issues as they arise.
Understanding of USA payroll and benefits administration to include applicable laws.
Spanish knowledge will be an asset.
