Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who excels at building professional relationships resolving client inquiries and maintaining a high standard of service. As a Client Service Associate you will be the frontline representative of Property Soar ensuring each client feels valued and supported throughout their journey with us.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
Deliver timely accurate and professional responses via phone email and in person.
Coordinate appointments follow-ups and documentation related to property services.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions using company CRM systems.
Provide administrative support for property transactions and client onboarding.
Monitor client feedback and contribute to continuous service improvement.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Proven experience in a customer service real estate or administrative support role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Associates or Bachelors degree preferred but not required.
