Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join our team in Decatur United States. As the General Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations at 1948 E Eldorado St. ensuring optimal performance profitability and growth.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
- Manage overall financial performance including budgeting forecasting and cost control measures
- Lead motivate and develop a high-performing team to achieve organizational goals
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws regulations and company policies
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers vendors and partners
- Oversee daily operations and implement process improvements to enhance productivity
- Make critical decisions that align with the companys vision and values
- Report on performance metrics and provide regular updates to senior management
Qualifications :
- Proven track record of successful leadership in a General Manager or similar role
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to drive business growth
- Excellent financial acumen and experience in budget management
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead teams and engage with stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in performance management and team development
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Several years of management experience in a similar industry
- Knowledge of local market dynamics and industry trends
- Proficiency in relevant business software and tools
