Develop and delivercompetency-based orientation and training programs
Conductfield supervisory visitsto evaluate clinical performance
Provide education on best practices inmaternal adult and behavioral health
Track competency progress identify gaps and provide remediation
Supportquality improvement and regulatory complianceinitiatives
Serve as amentor and clinical resourcefor nursing staff
Partner with leadership to advance nursing education and workforce strategies

Qualifications

CurrentRegistered Nurse (RN) licensein New York State
Bachelors or Masters degree in Nursing
Minimum of3 years of nursing experience including clinical education or a related role
Knowledge ofadult learning principlesand nursing competencies
Familiarity withhome health care regulations and documentation systems
Strongcommunication teaching and leadershipskills

Required Certifications

BLS Certification(Basic Life Support)
COS-C Certification(Certificate for OASIS Specialists Clinical)
PALS Certification (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
