Location: Texas (must reside in TX with travel across target regions)
Compensation: $150000$300000 total compensation (base commission) plus competitive benefits and 401(k).

The Role
We are seeking a Director of Partnership Development to lead Thrives growth in Texas by driving new partnerships and sales. This is a new high-impact role ideal for a mission-driven entrepreneurial leader who thrives in both relationship-building and strategic execution.
The Director will:
- Build and grow Thrives presence in Texas by cultivating strong long-term partnerships with schools districts and networks.
- Own the full sales cycle in target regions from prospecting to contracting.
- Represent Thrive at partner meetings conferences and industry events across the state.
- Collaborate closely with Thrives leadership team to align market growth strategies with organizational goals.
- Provide feedback to inform Thrives service expansion and product development based on district needs.
Who You Are
- Educator at heart leader by experience. Youve served as a school or district leader (principal superintendent senior admin or similar) and know how to navigate K12 systems.
- Connector. You excel at building trust and cultivating long-standing relationships with education leaders.
- Self-directed. You thrive with autonomy take initiative and deliver results without needing close oversight.
- Texas-based. You reside in Texas and are willing to travel frequently within target regions.
- Mission-driven. Youre passionate about improving education for students with disabilities.
Compensation:
- Total Compensation Range: $150000$300000 (base salary commission)
