What You ll Do
Handle inbound & outbound calls
Deliver excellent customer service
Enter customer information into databases
Follow up and resolve customer concerns
Meet/exceed performance metrics for growth opportunities
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong verbal communication skills
Reliable internet & quiet workspace
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
Windows 11 OS 16 GB RAM USB headset hardwired internet dual monitors (some not needed at time of application)
