Job Summary

There is an opportunity with TIS Labs Pvt. Ltd.
Location : Bangalore
Role : Senior Network Administrator Security & Compliance
Client : BNP Paribas
Notice Period : Immediate or 30 days max
Experience Required : 6 years
Mandatory Skillset : Networking Security & Compliance Firewall etc.
Requirements
Network Administration & Management
Configure maintain and troubleshoot routers switches firewalls VPNs and load balancers.
Oversee LAN WAN and wireless network operations to ensure high availability and reliability.
Implement and manage VLANs routing protocols (OSPF BGP EIGRP) and advanced network policies.
Security & Compliance System and Endpoint Security
o OS hardening (CIS/NIST security benchmarks) disk encryption
(BitLocker LUKS)
o Patch management vulnerability scanning/remediation
Identity and Access Control
o RBAC in virtualization AD/LDAP privileges multifactor authentication
(MFA) especially for privileged access
Network Security
o VLAN/firewall configuration (north-south east-west traffic) VPN TLS/SSL
management
o Segmentation of management VM and storage networks
Regulatory Compliance
o Understanding regulatory needs (PCI-DSS GDPR SOX etc.) as
applicable for CIB
o Audit logging and reporting (maintain operational logs change logs)
Monitoring & Incident Response
Monitor network performance and security logs using SIEM tools.
Respond to security incidents breaches or compliance violations with root cause analysis.
Implement proactive measures to minimize risks and downtime.
Collaboration & Documentation
Work closely with IT Cloud and Security teams to align infrastructure with compliance needs.
Maintain up-to-date documentation of network configurations policies and compliance reports.
Train junior admins and provide guidance on best practices.
