We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. This role involves lead generation client engagement and supporting the sales cycle through effective presentations proposals and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through various sales channels (direct partner digital etc.).
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth.
Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and product demos.
Assist in preparing proposals RFPs and pitch decks for clients.
Collaborate with the technical and delivery teams to understand service offerings.
Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline in the CRM system.
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing IT or a related field.
0 3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Pre-Sales in IT services or related industries.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Knowledge of IT services CRM ERP Banking and Insurance domains.
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage sales pipelines and customer interactions using CRM tools.
Self-motivated result-oriented and a quick learner.
Knowledge of platforms like Upwork is an added advantage.
Exposure to Odoo and Zoho CRM/ERP solutions will be a strong advantage.
