Job Summary
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Mivan shuttering technology to oversee residential/commercial real estate projects. The role involves full project lifecycle management from planning and approvals to execution and handover ensuring cost-effective timely and quality-driven project delivery using Mivan construction methodology.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan execute and manage real estate projects using Mivan shuttering technology.

Develop and monitor detailed project schedules budgets and timelines.

Coordinate with architects structural engineers consultants contractors and Mivan vendors.

Supervise on-site execution to ensure structural accuracy safety and quality.

Lead the installation and demoulding process of Mivan formwork with efficiency.

Ensure strict adherence to RERA environmental and safety regulations.

Review and approve BOQs contractor bills and material procurement plans.

Conduct site inspections resolve technical issues and ensure timely milestone achievements.

Prepare and present project progress reports to senior leadership.

Maintain project documentation permits and approvals in compliance with statutory requirements.
Requirements:

Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management.

7 10 years of experience in real estate project management with at least 3 years in Mivan construction.

In-depth understanding of Mivan shuttering system and fast-track construction.

Strong leadership problem-solving and site coordination skills.

Familiarity with AutoCAD MS Project and other project management software.
