Job Summary
We are growing our FO consulting team and looking for a Solution Architect to join us on our exciting journey and be part of the Hitachi Solutions family.
As a Solution Architect your main responsibilities include...
- working directly with clients to understand their business strategy high level requirements & processes
- demonstrating the future state solution enactment of the articulated business strategy in the context of Microsoft Dynamics 365 & related applications and technologies
- using specialist knowledge of business processes and the Microsoft Dynamics product suite (including related applications and technologies) to support the development and expansion of the solution footprint to meet clients articulated business strategy
- providing solution propositions
- developing original approaches to improve or replace existing processes and procedures
- designing bespoke solutions
- documenting the Solution Design
- reviewing functional specifications for clients of high complexity and quality including complex integrations or significant module changes
- acting as the single point design authority between functional and technical teams so that solutions can be developed
- guiding Client Programme Directors & Project Managers and acting as the primary contact between these teams and the functional outputs and requirements
- sharing knowledge with project teams and other cross-functional consulting teams
- executing assigned responsibilities in a manner consistent with Hitachi Solution Europe Ltds Quality Management Policy
- the overall accountability for the functional & technical workstream solution design and the overall solution integration design.
Qualifications :
As an FO Solution Architect you will have:
- a deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions & integrations
- the ability to understand what clients are trying to achieve their strategic goals challenges and desired outcomes
- experience of developing customised solutions to their complex business problems
- demonstrable long-term Solution Architect experience with demonstrable completed full lifecycle implementations
- strong working knowledge of solution and integration design
- relevant Microsoft certifications
- excellent documentation and communication skills
- a logical approach to problem solving and the structured introduction of change into operational systems
- ability to multitask and prioritise
- good interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- experience within the retail and commerce space highly desirable
