Job Summary
- Engage with clients to understand their security needs pain points and existing infrastructure.
- Design and deploy customized cybersecurity solutions using products from Cisco Palo Alto Fortinet Check Point etc.
- Deliver technical presentations product demos and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
- Prepare solution architecture proposals BOMs (Bill of Materials) and RFP responses and
- Provide L2/L3 technical support and work with OEM TAC for escalations.
- Coordinate with internal sales teams and OEMs for solution alignment and pricing.
- Create technical documentation network diagrams and SOPs for clients.
- Offer knowledge transfer and training sessions to client IT/security teams.
