Roles & Responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders including project leads deployment teams and cross-functional teams. 

• Contribute to the development of project plans and timelines for SAP S4 HANA rollout projects. 

• Ensure compliance with Project Delivery Manager methodologies and best practices. 

• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders to align project goals and expectations. 

• Lead cross-functional project teams providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution. 

• Identify potential project risks and communicate them to stakeholders to minimize their impact on project timelines and deliverables. 

• Monitor project progress and proactively address any issues escalating them to the Project Lead as necessary. 

• Ensure that project deliverables meet established quality standards and align with business requirements. 

• Conduct regular project meetings to assess progress and performance. 

• Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders. 

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans meeting notes and action items. 

• Identify opportunities for process improvements within SAP rollout practices. 

• Foster a collaborative team environment and promote knowledge sharing among team members. 

1. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in SAP project management. 

Qualifications :

Educational qualification:

• Bachelors degree in information technology Business Administration or a related field; Masters degree is a plus. 

   

• Strong understanding of SAP modules and functionalities (e.g. FI CO PISA CPH MDM). 

• Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (like. Solman Flow right Azure) is a plus

Experience :

Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in SAP project management
