Job Summary

1. Management of Recruitment & Selection Process (Attracting Candidates Scrutinizing Calling the candidates Managing all rounds of interviews providing offer letter and coordinating with the concerned team to ensure smooth recruitment process)
2. Conducting the Onboarding process (Providing the required training introducing the New Joined to all the Team Members and handover to the department for the departmental training)
3. Organizing the in-house meetings i.e. Monthly Team Meetings Evaluation Meetings One on One Meetings and any other catch up on the requirements
4. Conflict Management
5. Compensation Management (Management of Monthly Payroll Reimbursements and yearly Bonus.
6. Bonding Activities (Organizing the Celebrations and Events)
7. Management of Rewards and Recognitions
8. Vendor Coordination & Management of Industrial Relations
9. Everyday coordination with Management.
10. Day to day tasks of Human Resource Management.
11. Search Interview & Coordination Document Collection Selection Offer Making Negotiation / Acceptance Performing reference and background checks.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an Human Resource or any other similar role.
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office in particular).
  • Experience with marketing/advertising campaigns.
  • Organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • MBA in Business Administration/Human resource Marketing or any other relevant field.

Desired Candidate Profile Location:- Ajmer Good Knowledge about Basic Concepts of taxation and accounting Working knowledge of tax and regulations in India (Will be preferred) Must have very good communication skills in English language, both verbal as well as written Tech savvy and maintain flexibility to work extra hours, as necessary, to meet client commitments Experience to go through financials statements Manage the day to day client deliverables and take necessary follow-ups
