Responsibilities:

Client Consultation & Care:

Greet clients warmly assess their needs and recommend appropriate treatments explaining them in an understandable way.

Treatment Delivery:

Perform various treatments such as massages body therapies facials and waxing safely and with skill.

Health & Safety:

Maintain a clean and organized treatment room sterilize equipment and follow all health and safety protocols.

Product Promotion:

Advise clients on and promote spa retail products and additional services.

Record Keeping:

Accurately document client information treatment history and preferences.

Professional Development:

Stay informed about new spa trends techniques and products through training and workshops.

Collaboration:

Work with other spa staff to ensure smooth operations and a positive overall client experience.
