Job Summary
- Testing and Documentation of newly developed welding consumables.
- RCA/CAPA for the problems associated with the welding.
- Development of new welding Consumables.
- Competitors products analysis.
- Study & standardize process parameters.
- Data compilation and analysis for consumables.
- Preparing WPS and PQRs for new developments.
- Research paper write-up for welding seminars.
- Providing data for the technical literature preparation of welding consumables.
- Preparation and updating R&D related SOPs (such as R&D operation RCA).

- Excellent analytical skills and excellence in research methodologies.
Benefits
This position leads and provides guidance to technicians in the R&D department.
Responsible for R&D of welding consumables including development, testing, and process standardization. Conduct RCA/CAPA for welding issues, prepare WPS & PQRs, and analyze competitor products. Compile and analyze data, support technical literature, write research papers, and maintain R&D SOPs. Requires strong knowledge of welding processes, consumables, metallurgy, analytical skills, and research expertise.
