Our client a boutique venture capital firm is seeking a hospitable warm and professional Office Coordinator for a contract-to-hire opportunity!

If youre service-oriented and love creating an exceptional office culture this could be the perfect role for you. Youll be the first point of contact for everyone who walks through the door ensuring each guest investor and entrepreneur has a positive and memorable addition to delivering high-touch client-facing hospitality youll help keep daily office operations running seamlessly- making you a key part of the teams success.

The Role: Office Coordinator (contract to hire)

The City: Palo Alto CA (Onsite)

The Company: Legendary VC Firm.

The Money: $25 - $32 per hour depending on experience

The Ideal Candidate: Warm & welcoming. Professional. Hospitable. Detail-oriented. Low ego- no task too small mentality!

The Day-to-Day:

  • Greet and check-in all incoming guests and make them feel at home.
  • Oversee the office calendar and help schedule meetings and conference rooms.
  • Own the front office and ensure that its tidy and organized at all times.
  • Order supplies snacks and meals for the team; manage vendor relationships.
  • Assist with event planning admin tasks and other special projects as needed.
