Senior Financial AnalystJob Description Summary
Leads the organizations accounting activities including financial record keeping and records of organizations financial activity in accordance with GAAP organizational standards and in compliance with Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley reports on financial performance for internal and external use. Creating report and providing analysis on consolidated month-end quarter-end and year-end closing activities related to foreign exchange cash management and tax including preparing the appropriate audit work papers for such and assisting junior accounting staff in the development of their professional skills.Job Description
Responsible for the preparation coordination and documentation of financial analysis projects such as financial and expense performance rate of return depreciation working capital and investments.
Provides analysis for forward-looking financial and business-related projects. Prepares forecasts and analysis of trends in manufacturing sales finance general business conditions and other related areas.
Identifies trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to senior management.
Creates and analyzes monthly quarterly and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately.
May conduct special financial and business related studies and cooperates with other departments in the preparation of analyses.
Required Skills and Education
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Bachelors degree finance/Accounting
Preferred Skills and Education
- Related experience working in a manufacturing environment
