Position Overview:

As a Corporate Strategy Intern you will support key initiatives within the Corporate Strategy Office and across the organization. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in strategic planning research and project coordination while working closely with senior leaders. Youll assist in analyzing market trends preparing presentations and helping drive strategic alignment across departments. This role is highly visible and provides exposure to executive-level decision-making and strategic development in a dynamic business environment.

What Youll Do:

• Assist in the development and rollout of strategic plans and communications.

• Support research and analysis on healthcare market trends competitors and industry developments.

• Help prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership and board-level audiences.

• Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute to strategic discussions.

• Assist in tracking progress of strategic initiatives and maintaining project documentation.

• Help organize and maintain knowledge-sharing platforms and strategic resources.

• Contribute to ad hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by the Strategy Office.

What We Are Looking For:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelors degree in Business Finance Economics or a related field.

• Cumulative GPA: 3.0 preferred; 2.5 minimum cumulative GPA.

• Strong interest in strategy consulting or corporate development.

• Excellent analytical problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint Excel and Word.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Exposure to healthcare industry or consulting projects.

• Experience with data visualization or business case development.

• Familiarity with strategic planning frameworks or tools.
