Reports To: Community Outreach and Enrollment Coordinator
Salary Range: $41600-$51600 annually
Position Type: Non-Exempt
Schedule: 12 Months

SUMMARY:
This person is critical in promoting our school as the first voice and/or face to be met by potential new families and the greater Southern Colorado community. This position is responsible for helping to manage the Enrollment process for all campuses in the PSAS Network. To qualify for this position the individual will need to have excellent communication skills and exceptional knowledge of software and technology systems.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
MINIMUM REQUIRED:
PREFERRED:
- Demonstrated technology proficiencies in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Advanced skills in learning new software
- Prior experience with PowerSchool school information software
- Verifiable experience working in a position that required organizational and planning skills
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
To perform this job successfully an individual must have the requisite knowledge skills and ability to be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability required. It is determined that in order to carry out the essential duties and responsibilities an individual must be able to work at a desk conference table or in meetings of various configurations; stand and circulate for extended periods; hear and understand speech at normal levels; see up close at a distance and have depth perception; communicate so others will be able to clearly understand normal conversations; bend and twist stoop kneel run and crawl; reach in all directions; and lift and carry up to 25 pounds.

Enrollment Coordination:
- Assist with the enrollment process for students at the PSAS network.
- Return phone calls to families.
- Distribute collect and e-file all enrollment.
- Will assist with communication with families during the enrollment process.
- Assist in coordinating social media/advertising.
- Collaborate with the secretaries and principals at all campuses.
- Assist with coordinating and planning events and community outreach events.
- Manage enrollment team calendar.

- Other duties as assigned by the Executive Director or assignee

- Ability to treat confidential information with appropriate discretion
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Google and Powerschool
