About the Role
Epson Australia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Category Manager to lead the growth and development of Epsons Document Solutions category by defining and executing strategies that strengthen Epsons position as the leader in business inkjet (BIJ) and enterprise print. You will be responsible for category strategy external engagement tendering partnerships and aligning internal teams to deliver best-in-class hardware software and services.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Define and execute strategies that strengthen Epsons position within the business and enterprise print market.
- Represent Epson at industry events conferences and panels to position the brand as a market leader.
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships to expand Epsons reach and solution offerings.
- Oversee the full tendering and bid process ensuring competitive and customer-focused submissions.
- Manage initiatives that require collaboration across product sales marketing and operations teams.
- Lead and manage a team of product managers and solution experts
Qualifications and Experience
Essential to this role will be proven experience in a Category or Division Manager role preferably in the printing copier or technology industry with formal Marketing or Business qualifications.
You will have a strong understanding of Managed Print Services (MPS) and the market dynamics. You will be an effective communicator with the ability to manage projects with cross functional teams. This role is ideal for someone who has excellent analytical skills and enjoys problem-solving. Previous experience with SAP and Salesforce would be beneficial.
