We are seeking an Administrative Assistant in Sault Ste. Marie at Renaissance of Bridge Villagewho is highly detail-oriented has a positive attitude and is self-motivated. Administrative Assistants are responsible for general correspondence correspondence with owners and housing agencies data entry various reporting providing support to a select portfolio training and mentoring team members and more. The ideal candidate is an organized problem solver with strong time management skills.
You Have:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong email and telephone etiquette
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Prior administrative experience
- Property management experience preferred
