Sales Business Development Center (BDC) Representative Location: Bettenhausen Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Tinley Park

What Youll Do
- Connect with customers and set/maintain appointments from our database.
- Follow up on leads promptly and professionally.
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with both sold and unsold customers.
- Track and update data accurately daily.
- Complete training quickly and apply it in your role.
- Represent the Bettenhausen culture with positivity energy and enthusiasm.
What Were Looking For
- Strong communication skills (written verbal and phone).
- A motivated goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior BDC or automotive experience is a preferred!
Compensation & Schedule
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
- Monthly bonuses.
- Full-time 5 days per week.
- Some evenings and Saturdays required.
