Responsibilities:

• Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and in accordance with dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
• Diagnose maintain and repair automotive systems including engine transmission electrical steering suspension brakes and air conditioning.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers of any additional services needed and provide estimates of time required for repairs.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

Qualifications:

• Nissan Certifications preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of Service Technician experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• B-level qualifications including expertise in diagnostic electrical and engine repair.
• Excellent dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Outstanding customer service skills and basic computer proficiency.
• Positive friendly attitude with a strong desire to learn and improve.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
• Willingness to stay updated with new technology repair procedures and service specifications.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
