As an Aesthetician for COPC you are joining a team that strives to be the best for Primary Care. This position is responsible for providing support to ensure efficient delivery of care and creating a positive patient experience. This role will provide exceptional service assist in treatments and act as a knowledgeable and trusted guide for skincare products. This individual will also maintain patient records and ensure a clean and professional office environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide exceptional aesthetic services while maintaining ethical and trust-based client relationships
Perform trustful and appropriate sales of treatments and skincare products by communicating and consulting with patients
Assist in medical spa treatments when warranted
Maintain a clean and organized workspace managing treatment room set-up and clean-up for aesthetic services
Support front desk operations including scheduling phone/email communications and client check-in/out
Perform accurate documentation and charting for treatments and client interactions
Assist in the creation promotional material such as treatment guides and social media posts to promote the practice and events
Provide support during open house and public events at the practice
Demonstrate accuracy attention to detail and excellent attendance
All other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education Licensures Certifications & Experience
Required: High School Diploma or GED
Required: Active Aesthetician license in the state of Ohio
Preferred: 1 year experience as an Aesthetician in a med spa dermatology or clinical aesthetics setting

Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
Capacity to interpret and apply guidelines and procedures Ability to communicate clearly and document efficiently in an electronic health record
Capability to efficiently work within an electronic health record
Self-disciplined energetic passionate and innovative
Understanding of Med Spa practices and general operations
Knowledge of patient care and examination procedures
Working knowledge of medical terminology
Knowledge of examination diagnostic and treatment room procedures
Knowledge of common safety hazards and precautions to establish a safe work environment
Proficiency in assisting in a variety of treatments and medications as directed
Adeptness in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with patients medical staff and the public
Proficiency in basic math typing Excel and computer skills
