About This Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our Philadelphia or Harrisburg office. The successful candidate will assist the Commercial Sales organization by providing pre-sale and post-sale support to our top-tier customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review plans and specifications to develop HVAC systems solutions.
• Effectively and professionally communicate requirements with customers and internal teams.
• Adapt to customer specific requirements.
• Provide HVAC equipment selections both new and replacements.
• Provide technical support for the sales of commercial air conditioning systems to customers and their respective consulting engineers.
• Seek new business opportunities by responding to RFQs for new and/or existing customers.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple functions to maintain composure in fast-paced situations and to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Support Sales Managers and Sales Coordinators with new and existing accounts and the introduction of new products.
• Have a combination of excellent technical skills be a self-starter with strong business understanding strong self-direction and excellent.interpersonal/influencingskills to work across the Carrier organization and with customers

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• 3 Years of HVAC Industry Experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• HVAC experience or knowledge of HVAC designs Commercial Applied Equipment experience a plus.
• Sense of urgency self-initiative dedication and sense of ownership.
• Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills with the ability to get along with both external customers and a multi-functional team of sales engineering manufacturing & marketing associates.
• Outstanding follow-up and follow-through skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail while also able to prioritize multiple priorities.
• Unwavering customer service orientation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel Word & PowerPoint).
