Bob Allen Ford is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented BDC Representative to join our dealership this role youll be the first point of contact for many of our customers handling incoming calls setting appointments and assisting with online inquiries. The right candidate will have excellent communication skills a professional attitude and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Handle inbound calls internet leads and follow-up communications with professionalism
Schedule service and sales appointments and update the CRM system accurately
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone email and text
Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions
Work closely with the sales and service departments to ensure smooth customer experiences
Provide outstanding customer service that reflects the values of Bob Allen Ford
Previous customer service call center or dealership BDC experience preferred
Excellent phone and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay efficient under pressure
Comfortable using computers and CRM software
Professional friendly and team-oriented attitude
Valid drivers license preferred
