En tant que stagiaire Génie industriel préFAL A220 votre rôle principal sera de contribuer à lamélioration continue des opérations de production sur les axes de coûts et de délais.

Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les ingénieurs performance process (PPE) qui au coeur de la préFAL A220 sont chargés de :

• Définir les équilibrages standard de ligne (SLB) en tenant compte des contraintes Industrielles et techniques selon les cadences

• Analyser la performance des postes dans un but damélioration continue en définissant les chemins critiques et en menant des observations ciblées pour faire ressortir les NVA et les bloquants majeurs

• Documenter le potentiel et les limites de la stratégie industrielle et préparer des analyses dans loptique des montées cadences .

Vos missions et responsabilités

Votre tuteur/tutrice vous aidera à identifier vos objectifs professionnels et vous accompagnera dans le développement de vos compétences.

Vos principales activités seront les suivantes :

• Analyser les indicateurs de performance pour mettre en évidence des tendances et les éventuels écarts à la cible ;

• Mener des suivis opérationnels pour identifier les bloquants et leur causes racines ;

• Suivre lavancement des sujets et communiquer les différents résultats aux Équipes Autonomes de Production ;

• Contribuer aux livrables opérationnels de léquipe PPE ;

Ce stage vous permettra notamment de développer les compétences suivantes :

• Amélioration continue ;

• Compréhension dun système industriel complexe ;

• Balancement de ligne de production ;

• Méthodologie de projet.

Compétences et qualifications souhaitées

Vous préparez actuellement un diplôme de niveau baccalauréat (ou équivalent) dans le domaine du génie industriel ou une discipline apparentée

Durant vos études et expériences précédentes vous avez développé les compétences suivantes :

• Agilité avec les outils informatiques ;

• Pragmatisme proactivité et rigueur ;

• Observation et esprit de synthèse ;

• Autonomie et dynamisme

• Compétences linguistiques attendues :

As a préFAL A220 industrial engineering intern your primary role will be to take part in the continuous improvement of the manufacturing operations on the cost and time axis.

You will be working closely with process performance engineers (PPE) who at the heart of the pre-FAL A220 are responsible for :

• Define standard line balancing (SLB) taking into account industrial and technical constraints according to production rates ;

• Analyze workstation performance in a continuous improvement view by defining critical paths and carrying out targeted observations to highlight NVA and major blockers ;

• Document the potential and limits of the industrial strategy and prepare analyses with a view to rate increases.

Your tasks and responsibilities

Your tutor will help you to identify your career objectives and support you in developing your skills.

Your main activities will be as follows:

• Analyze the key performance indicators to show the trends and the eventual gaps to the target ;

• Lead operational observations to identify the blockers and the root causes ;

• Monitor the progress of the subject and communicate the various results to the Autonomous Production Team

• Contribute to the operational deliverables in the PPE Team

This internship will enable you to develop the following skills in particular:

• Continuous improvement ;

• Understanding a complex industrial system;

• Production line balancing ;

• Project methodology.
