Qualifications & Experience:
- Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Logistics or a related field (preferred)
- OR proven experience as a Warehouse Manager (minimum 35 years)
- Prior exposure to the electrical sector is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of end-to-end warehouse operations and ensure that everything runs smoothly
- Manage inventory control (including partner stock) to maintain accuracy and efficiency
- Oversee receiving dispatching and distribution functions
- Ensure that all operations comply with SLAs SOPs and company policies
- Maintain accurate reporting and record keeping to support decision-making
- Lead motivate and develop warehouse staff to achieve peak performance
- Drive continuous improvement projects to boost productivity and efficiency
