What Youll Do:

• Perform daily landscaping and groundskeeping tasks across an RV park in Los Banos CA including mowing trimming irrigation and plant care.
• Walk property daily to remove trash and debris ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
• Maintain strong curb appeal standards keeping common areas and outdoor spaces neat safe and resident-ready.
• Maintain and repair common areas such as laundry rooms bathrooms and offices including carpentry drywall tape and texture and painting.
• Assess and repair minor electrical and plumbing issues throughout the park.
• Operate and maintain a variety of tools and equipment including pressure washers drills saws and landscaping tools.

• Computer fluent and capable of operate maintenance software App on cell phone

Requirements

• Knowledge of carpentry plumbing and electrical systems
• Experienced in landscaping maintenance including irrigation tree/shrub trimming and plant care
• Valid Drivers license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
