Role Overview
As an Optician youll play a key role in driving sales building lasting relationships and delivering personalized optical solutions. Youll work closely with our doctors and team members to create a seamless high-quality experience for every patient.
Key Responsibilities
Foster a positive sales-driven environment through active engagement and product knowledge
Build professional relationships with team members and patients
Interpret prescriptions and fit eyeglass lenses and frames with precision
Measure pupillary distance and lens placement for bifocals trifocals and progressives
Select frames based on facial features sizing and style preferences
Adjust and fit eyewear for comfort and accuracy
Dispense contact lenses and educate patients on proper use
Ensure timely and high-quality product fabrication
Maintain a clean organized and welcoming retail space
What Were Looking For
Experience in optical sales or as a licensed/unlicensed Optician preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Passion for customer service and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
Training is available for motivated candidates with retail or customer service backgrounds who are eager to learn!
