Job Summary
- manage and participate in residential insurance claim repairs and mitigation activities
- communicate and interact regularly with homeowners/customers
- use current technology (smartphones tablets and laptops) to help manage and document job activities
- exhibit courtesy and technical knowledge to customers
- be able to be on-call for pre-designated times to help with customer emergencies
