TUESDAYS / WEDNESDAYS / THURSDAYS
Part Time: 10:30AM - 1:30PM

What began as a food truck has grown into multiple metropolitan locations with ongoing expansion through franchising. POSITION OVERVIEW : Were seeking a friendly hard-working Cashier to join our front of house team! Youll be the first point of contact for guestsresponsible for creating a positive experience entering orders processing payments and helping manage online and delivery pickups. Youll also help maintain cleanliness support your teammates and represent the Green The Grain brand with enthusiasm and care.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using our POS system
Process transactions (credit mobile payments) and issue receipts
Assist with mobile and third-party order pickups (Uber Eats DoorDash etc.)
Restock front of house items (napkins utensils beverages retail extensions etc.)
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and counter space
Communicate clearly with service team to ensure smooth order flow
Handle customer feedback or complaints professionally with support from a manager
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
QUALIFICATIONS :
Previous experience as a cashier host or customer service role is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Positive team first attitude and dependable work ethic
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs if needed
Willingness to learn and take direction
Must be punctual and reliable
Knowledge of Square POS is a benefit
