Job Summary
Electrical Estimator
St. Paul MN Direct Hire $60.00/HR $72.00/HR
Konik is partnering with a leading industrial process solutions provider to add an Electrical Estimator Industrial Process to their team. This role will focus on preparing accurate electrical estimates for industrial projects supporting development and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Industrial Process Electrical Estimator Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for electrical systems within industrial projects.
- Review project plans specifications and bid documents to identify scope and requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers engineers and vendors to gather information for estimates.
- Evaluate labor material and equipment costs to ensure competitive and accurate proposals.
- Analyze project risks constructability and value engineering opportunities.
- Develop and maintain estimating databases and tools for continuous improvement.
- Support client communication and presentations during pre-construction phases.
Industrial Process Electrical Estimator Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3 years of experience in electrical estimating for industrial or process-related projects.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems codes and industry practices.
- Proficiency in estimating software Microsoft Office and related project management tools.
- Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
