Technical Lead EEN

The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading a team of engineers focused on technical support and solution design for wastewater treatment systems including transport mixing and aeration.

This role involves mentoring team members ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards and driving innovation and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include team management overseeing technical analyses equipment selection and offer preparation as well as maintaining strong relationships with partners and customers across Poland the Baltics and Ukraine. The role also requires cross-functional collaboration with internal departments and global teams and participation in corporate projects.

Essential duties :

Delegating tasks and requests for proposals in the CRM system setting task priorities in collaboration with other departments Sales Department Customer Service Department;

Guiding and mentoring the team of application engineers providing technical guidance feedback and support;

Implementing best practices standards and quality processes within the Department;

Serving as a technical expert and advocate for innovation and continuous improvement within the team and the company.

Support the team on a daily basis in /solely:

o Conducting technical analyzes and selecting equipment used in wastewater treatment processes wastewater transport mixing and aeration;

o Preparing the quotes as well as offers based on previously conducted analyzes and equipment selections;

o Building and maintaining long-term relationships with XYLEM EEN Partners local subcontractors and Customers (Poland Lithuania Latvia Estonia and Ukraine) by providing technical support;

o Collaborating with other departments (Sales Service Logistics) along with the factory technical support and R&D departments;

o Participating in the development of technical documentation;

o Taking the lead or participating in the implementation of international corporate tasks and projects related to the companys operations.

If needed: Conducting product presentations demos technical consultations and trainings for internal and external clients. Attend training and sales/service meetings if necessary to stay up to date with new equipment and sales promotions.

Helping with other tasks designated and managed by the company management within the framework of the goals of Xylem Water Solutions.

Qualifications :

Graduate of a technical university (preferred fields of study: Environmental Engineering)

At least a few years of experience in the field of analysis of pumping systems selection of pumps and control systems for the transport of water and sewage especially in the field of residential and commercial construction.

Proven record of team management;

Experience in public speaking conducting presentations and training

Good command of spoken and written English

Nice to have experience in designing sewage systems and WWTP

Basic knowledge of the ACAD environment and the ability to read technical documentation;
