Job Summary
About the role:
Equipped Traffic are looking for experienced and self-motivated experienced Traffic Controllers to join our growing team.
These are casual positions with an immediate start.
To be successful in this role you will have the following experience.
- Traffic Controller experience (minimum 1 year)
- Implement and monitor operational Traffic Management Plans
- Complete site hazard assessments and implement control measures
- Load and unload vehicles with signage and equipment
- Control traffic pedestrians and cyclists past or around workers.
- Controlling and directing traffic including the use of Stop/Slow
- Placing and maintaining traffic control devices such as signs barriers and lights
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and the general public
- Adhering to all relevant health safety and environmental regulations
Skills and Experience
- Current Traffic Control ticket TC1 TMI1 TC2 TMI2 preferred
- Current Australian Drivers Licence
- White Card Construction Industry
- Strong work ethic reliable and possess team player values
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including nights weekends and public holidays
