Key Responsibilities:
Recruit develop and manage a team of retail insurance agents to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and channel partners to drive consistent business growth.
Identify onboard and nurture new agents to expand the agency network.
Provide training guidance and ongoing support to agents to enhance their performance and success.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
Monitor market trends customer needs and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies industry standards and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.
Prepare review and present accurate sales reports performance metrics and forecasts to senior management.
Candidate Profile:
Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Marketing or related field.
27 years of proven experience in sales within insurance broking companies (mandatory).
Strong understanding of retail agency channel dynamics.
Excellent communication leadership and relationship management skills.
Target-driven mindset with the ability to deliver under pressure.
