Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team to define and implement technical standards to ensure effective translation of business needs into AI-driven technical solutions
  • Develop and manage best practices for code development including standards library structure automation roadmap and testing protocols to drive long-term scalability and alignment with the Corporations evolving operating model
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership by defining solution and code quality standards resolving complex issues and ensuring consistent code quality assurance
  • Collaborate with other functional specialists enterprise architects and technical teams on the AI and digitalisation initiatives while identifying and mitigating risks
  • Conduct research and collate market intelligence for emerging AI and application development best practice as well as deliver technical sharing/training to other stakeholders
  • Manage resources planning including training and talent development as well as fostering an innovative and collaborative work environment

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science / Information Systems / Software Engineering or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 12 years relevant experience in IT development of which 4 years should be at managerial level
  • Possession of certification in a related discipline
  • Hands-on expertise in at least 2 of the following domains:
    • Artificial Intelligence (AI): Azure/OpenAI GPT Claude Llama Huawei/Alibaba AI families GenAI tech stack model fine-tuning and digital product

      feedback loop management (preferred)

    • DevSecOps / LLMOps: Pipeline setup and maintenance using platforms like Azure DevOps or open-source equivalents
    • Application Development: Backend (Python Java) frontend/UI/UX ( React) DevSecOps tools (Azure DevOps) and data manipulation (Python SQL)
  • Excellent analytical management and leadership skills

Remarks
Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms
