Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Lead a team to define and implement technical standards to ensure effective translation of business needs into AI-driven technical solutions
- Develop and manage best practices for code development including standards library structure automation roadmap and testing protocols to drive long-term scalability and alignment with the Corporations evolving operating model
- Provide hands-on technical leadership by defining solution and code quality standards resolving complex issues and ensuring consistent code quality assurance
- Collaborate with other functional specialists enterprise architects and technical teams on the AI and digitalisation initiatives while identifying and mitigating risks
- Conduct research and collate market intelligence for emerging AI and application development best practice as well as deliver technical sharing/training to other stakeholders
- Manage resources planning including training and talent development as well as fostering an innovative and collaborative work environment
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science / Information Systems / Software Engineering or a related discipline
- A minimum of 12 years relevant experience in IT development of which 4 years should be at managerial level
- Possession of certification in a related discipline
- Hands-on expertise in at least 2 of the following domains:
Artificial Intelligence (AI): Azure/OpenAI GPT Claude Llama Huawei/Alibaba AI families GenAI tech stack model fine-tuning and digital product
feedback loop management (preferred)
- DevSecOps / LLMOps: Pipeline setup and maintenance using platforms like Azure DevOps or open-source equivalents
- Application Development: Backend (Python Java) frontend/UI/UX ( React) DevSecOps tools (Azure DevOps) and data manipulation (Python SQL)
- Excellent analytical management and leadership skills
Remarks
Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms
