Job Summary

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Ensure there is defined project scope goals and success criteria.
Develop and maintain project plans and monitor project progress.
Engage appropriate stakeholders throughout the stages of the project lifecycle.
Coordinate with internal teams across multiple departments to align on project objectives and deliverables.
Facilitate regular status meetings and communication across teams.
Identify potential risks and issues early in the project lifecycle.
Support the resolution of blockers by escalating to appropriate leadership or support teams.
Other duties as assigned

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Talking hearing and using hands to operate a computer keyboard mouse andother computer components.
Sitting for extended periods of time.
Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjustfocus.
May involve extended hours weekends and holidays

General understanding of the freight-forwarding industry

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or GED/Bachelors degree preferred
Minimum 5 years International Transportation and Logistics industry experience or combination experience and education
Minimum 2 years project management experience
Experience operating a Transportation Management System

CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES

Professional certification may be required in some areas.
