Job Title: Physical Therapist

Schedule: Days 5 shifts/week 32 hours

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join a rehabilitation team on a contract assignment. The PT will evaluate patient conditions develop individualized treatment plans and provide therapeutic interventions to enhance mobility function and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct patient consultations and assess physical conditions.
Review and interpret evaluations and diagnostic test results.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Deliver prescribed physical therapy treatments to reduce pain and restore mobility.
Create tailored fitness-oriented health programs for patients.
Educate patients and families on exercise techniques and at-home care.
Provide guidance on injury prevention ergonomics and overall physical wellness.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Active Arizona State Physical Therapist License.
BLS/CPR certification preferred.
Strong communication problem-solving and patient-care skills.
