Job Summary

Job Title: Product Marketing Manager Flickr

Job Level: IC4

As a member of our global marketing organization and a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) at Flickr you will help drive adoption engagement and revenue for Flickrs product offerings. This role sits at the intersection of product marketing and community making it an exciting opportunity to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that resonate with our audiences. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to bring new features to market optimize messaging and support campaigns that enhance the Flickr experience. This is your chance to make a direct impact during an exciting growth phase as we evolve our platform experience

Compensation: Awesome is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role is $135000-$193000. This position is also remote-friendly and as such compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Various factors such as defined competency leveling and geographic location will determine the final compensation for this role.

Your Opportunity:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Flickr Pro subscriptions new features Flickr Ads program launches and community initiatives to drive subscription growth ad revenue community engagement and retention across app web and social channels.
  • Design and optimize subscription growth campaigns referral programs and lifecycle marketing to increase Pro conversions reduce churn maximize customer lifetime value and drive deeper community participation.
  • Craft clear compelling messaging tailored to target audiences including photographers hobbyists professionals and brands and optimize this messaging through experimentation and data-driven insights.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product design engineering community and partnerships teams to align marketing strategies with product roadmap ensure coordinated launches and integrate marketing insights into product and partnership decisions.
  • Map the customer journey and analyze conversion funnels onboarding flows and engagement data to refine critical touchpoints identify upsell opportunities and reduce friction.
  • Create product marketing content that drives feature discovery demonstrates Pro value promotes community participation and supports Ads program adoption while aligning benefits with diverse customer needs.
  • Integrate customer feedback community insights and market research into marketing strategies product development priorities and partnership opportunities to ensure market-driven growth.
  • Test and optimize messaging creative and distribution across email social and in-product channelsusing data-driven experiments to refine campaigns drive awareness and usage and maximize feature performance and growth.

What You Bring:

  • 5 years of product marketing experience in consumer tech subscription/membership platforms or community-driven digital products with demonstrated success growing recurring revenue and user engagement.
  • Proven ability to launch products features and campaigns end-to-end including research positioning messaging enablement and measurement.
  • Strong understanding of product positioning messaging and marketing.
  • Analytical and creative thinker with the ability to interpret data derive actionable insights and inform strategic direction.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation analytics CRM A/B testing tools and content management systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication including storytelling presentation and the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Proactive curious and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
