Description

The Digital Technology team provide business support and exceptional customer service to users across the entire organisation all aligned to our Digital Strategy and Roadmap.

Reporting to the Digital Operations Lead you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and IT support on all systems and applications to users within TRC working alongside other members of the Support Desk team.

This position is permanent full-time working 80 hours per fortnight.

Skills And Experiences

Have a passion for technology and delivering outstanding customer focused support
Are a team player and openly share information ideas and knowledge
Communicate well in person digitally and over the phone
Have formal certifications (Microsoft CompTIA ITIL etc.)
Have experience managing and resolving incidents using ITIL-aligned processes
Enjoy a fast-paced varied workplace
Have good attention to detail
Want to learn more and have a determination to succeed

The starting remuneration range for this role is $59773 - $75000 per annum (including KiwiSaver).
